iAssist will soon feature several enhancements to streamline your experience, provide actionable information earlier and allow you to support more patients in gaining access to their critical medications.

Our upcoming enhancements to iAssist start where you start – the login and registration experience.

This new, streamlined registration process will empower you to easily add office staff members. Using a unique office code, new users can be added to your existing office account to centralize all the work your prescribers, staff and admin to get patients access to their medications.

Creating a completely new account? We’ve consolidated our registration and prescriber verification processes to be simpler and more efficient.

Dashboard

We’re putting your patients front and center with a new dashboard layout that will allow you to quickly take action on critical information such as prior authorization requests, renewals and refill reminders.

Enhancements to the dashboard empower you to:

– Easily find and access patient information as soon as you log in, with patients needing attention highlighted.
– Take action on prior authorization requests, renewals, refill reminders and other patient needs.

Navigation

With iAssist’s new navigation, you will be able to find the information you need quicker and easier than ever before.

You will be able to:

– Search both medications and patients from our updated search bar.
– Add new patients from the dashboard without having to navigate to another screen.
– Use the new Patients and Reports tabs to see patient history and download a patient census or submission report.
– Use our new drop-down menu to edit account information and set your dashboard to a preferred pharmacy or specialty program.

Patient Profile

Your patients are your number one priority, and that’s why we’re bringing enhancements to iAssist’s Patient Profile. With the enhanced Patient Profile in iAssist, you can:

– Complete patient access steps such as reverifications, resubmissions and prior authorizations.
– Access additional status information for recently submitted prescriptions without clicking into the patient account.
– View historical documentation in the patient account.

Account Settings

You’ll have more control over your office account with the ability to set user permissions across locations, prescribers and team members. Team member invites can be sent via email with pre-loaded settings for specific offices and prescribers.
