Rebecca Leemputte, The Dedham Group

Associate Partner

Rebecca Leemputte is an Associate Partner and Head of Distribution and Patient Support Services Strategy at The Dedham Group. In this role, she partners with pharmaceutical manufacturers to develop strategic recommendations for distribution and patient support models across a range of specialty therapeutic areas and product types, both at launch and post-launch.

With over eight years of experience in strategy consulting, Rebecca specializes in developing tailored solutions that align with brand access objectives and manufacturer model goals. Recently, she has focused on helping clients navigate emerging access challenges and evolving payer management tactics—such as the rise of alternative funding vendors—as well as the shifting procurement and payment workflows resulting from the Inflation Reduction Act. By proactively assessing how these landscape shifts impact customer experiences and brand access, she ensures that distribution and patient support strategies remain effective and sustainable in a dynamic market.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgetown University.

Jordan Armstrong is vice president of business development at AssistRx. He builds strong partnerships with life sciences organizations, delivering tailored solutions to accelerate therapy initiation and enhance patient support services for patients, caregivers, healthcare providers and care teams.

Armstrong brings over 10 years of experience to his role at AssistRx, specializing in patient and provider engagement solutions. He previously served as an enterprise sales director at Spok.

Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Arts in law and society, economics from Michigan State University.

Manager, Patient Solutions

Kathy Pendergrass is an experienced Medicare advisor with 20 years in healthcare and 14 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise helping individuals navigate the complexities of Medicare and related health insurance options.

As developer and program manager of AssistRx’s Advanced Insurance Assistance (AIA) solution, Pendergrass is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding coverage, pharmacy relations, patient access, financial assistance across diverse disease states and regulatory developments such as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P).

Pendergrass holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Kansas and is a Certified SHIP Agent.
