Jeff Gruener oversees finance, accounting, procurement and strategic business planning to drive company growth. He has served on the AssistRx Board of Directors as Chair of the Audit Committee since 2024.

Adam Dresen joined AssistRx in 2021. He leads AssistRx’s software engineering & QA, data analytics & reporting, PMO, IT operations, infrastructure & telephony, technology products and security operations.

Stacey Little joined AssistRx in 2019. She oversees the planning and execution of strategies to increase company growth, expanding the organization’s reach among life sciences companies and healthcare providers.

Little holds 20+ years of leadership in market-leading and emerging specialty pharmaceutical commercialization services organizations. She specializes in positioning companies for growth in competitive markets and developing differentiated business strategies.

Nick Wilbar joined AssistRx in 2024. He leads the organization’s commercial strategy, focusing on translating our strategic priorities into operational execution, driving efficiency, and ensuring excellence in service delivery to our customers and the patients we serve every day.

Wilbar brings more than 15 years of experience to his role at AssistRx, specializing in driving commercial success and leading high-achieving teams in the specialty pharmaceutical landscape.

Heather Cullen joined AssistRx in 2025. She leads the organization’s people strategy, focusing on fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with business growth.

With 20+ years of leadership experience in human resources and business operations, Cullen specializes in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the employee experience.

Jackie Britt joined AssistRx in 2019. In her role, Britt leads our Strategic Account Management and Customer Success teams, with a focus on enabling customer value realization and ensuring alignment with the complex, evolving needs of our life sciences partners.

With 15+ years of experience in servicing patients, providers, pharmacies and payers, Britt specializes in creating a more effective and efficient healthcare experience.

William Grambley joined AssistRx in 2025. He leads product strategy and innovation, advancing the organization’s technology solutions to improve access, adherence and affordability.

Grambley brings 20+ years of leadership experience in healthcare technology, patient support and data-driven program optimization. He specializes in scaling engagement solutions and driving outcomes through strategic innovation.

Michael Carr joined AssistRx in 2019. He directs business strategy and operations for CoAssist Pharmacy, AssistRx’s direct-to-patient, technology-driven pharmacy platform.

With 20+ years of experience in pharmacy management, Carr specializes in program development, solution implementation, clinical support management, and optimizing business and operational processes.

Garret Hargrave joined AssistRx in 2022. He manages all legal affairs, corporate governance and litigations, and customer/vendor relationships to ensure effective compliance and privacy across the organization.

Hargrave has 20+ years of experience as a lawyer, with over ten years dedicated to the healthcare industry.

Edward Hensley co-founded AssistRx with Jeff Spafford in 2009 and now serves as senior executive advisor. He has led multiple organizations through rapid growth and successful transitions, having applied his expertise in the specialty pharmacy reimbursement and distribution channels.

Hensley brings 20+ years of leadership experience to continue supporting the growth of the organization.

Jan Nielsen acts as a strategic advisor for AssistRx, having previously directed strategy and operations for the AssistRx Patient Solutions portfolio.

Nielsen has 30+ years of experience as a clinical and operational subject matter expert and specializes in critical care, hospital management and specialty pharmaceutical commercialization.
