Kristen Magee

Vice President, Customer Success

Kristen Magee holds more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Early in her career, Kristen worked for 10+ years in IDN health administration of hospital outpatient facilities and physician practices. She then entered the pharmaceutical industry and gained 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, patient services consulting with organizations such as Blue Fin Group and 4Front and field reimbursement with Janssen/Ortho Biotech and Centocor. Kristen joined AssistRx in March of 2016 as the Senior Director for Business Strategy and currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success.

Kristen specializes in the application of technology to medical benefit products including the impact to office/outpatient operations, insurance coverage issues, product distribution considerations, and manufacturer concerns for patient and provider access services.  She currently oversees the strategy for messaging, positioning, and promotion of AssistRx products and solutions, and is also a key player in the development of tech-enabled patient support services in AssistRx’s Patient Solutions division.

Kristen’s undergraduate degree is in Health Administration/Business Administration from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC and she has a Master’s in Business Administration from Clemson University.  She serves on the board of CPNow, a nonprofit that supports cerebral palsy education and independent research and is a past President of the Winthrop University Alumni Association.
