Nicole Oliver guides, develops and facilitates human resources services to achieve the AssistRx overall vision and business objectives. She recruits top talent, building and retaining high-performance teams by hiring, developing and motivating all AssistRx team members. With our talent as a key differentiator in the market, Oliver’s role is crucial to maintaining a strong patient solutions team and identifying talent to support the AssistRx vision and mission.

Prior to joining AssistRx in 2017, Oliver held director- and partner-level recruiting, human resources and talent acquisition positions for organizations across the finance and healthcare industries.

Oliver is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification.
